I remember the first day we made eye contact
Because that’s the day my life turned around
I knew from that very moment
True love is what I had found.
The way you looked in my eyes
And flashed me your beautiful smile.
Told me from that very moment
Your what I was looking for all the while.
The way that you make me feel inside
Takes my every breath away
I’ve never come across anyone like you
That can leave me feeling this way.
You know I love you with every ounce of my heart
And wouldn’t want anything to ever change
But no matter what ever happens
I will always love you the same.
And I know there are things about me
That I’m not really proud of
But you look right through all the bad
And still give me 100% of your love.
It’s not often that anyone in the world
Could find someone so special like you
I am thankful everyday of my life
To be blessed with someone so loving, and true.
It truly is a blessing to have you
And to be able to share our love together
